Retreats & Events
Retreats to hikes and gatherings, each experience is thoughtfully created to give you space to pause, connect and simply be.
As the new year begins to unfold, you're invited to pause, breathe, and step away from the demands of everyday life. This retreat takes place at Powerscourt Springs Health Farm, nestled within the quiet beauty of the Wicklow countryside.

Community, nature, conversation, movement, and a bit of quiet, that's what a mindful hike is about. There's nothing on the calendar just this moment, but keep an eye on Instagram or join the mailing list and you'll be the first to know when the next one is announced.
